They need to share reports that demonstrate the work-in-progress. The reporting can be monthly or weekly depending upon the milestones of the project.

Interruptions can be created by outside forces or by yourself. For the former, this may include emergencies, sicknesses and other impromptu obligations that may arise. To stick to your work priorities and other obligations, and easily handle them all, you must have a personal to-do list. Creating one will make it easier to manage your tasks. Some people prefer a daily schedule; others like to create a weekly or monthly calendar of activities. Whatever you choose, bear in mind that you should include your work priorities according to the most important to the least important.

Make Adjustments Whenever Needed:

Work through your schedule but also allot adjustments whenever necessary. Remember that your schedule is not set in stone. Priorities and obligations may change from time to time. You may monitor your progress and see where you are ahead of things or left behind.
